Yes. It’s one of the most annoying and ludicrous phrases in our lexicon and will go down in the annals of history as the grave weakness it is.

We are sensing and judging every second of the day. It’s how everything in existence navigates. Even a spider senses the danger of an approaching human.

Humans have the ability to discern and understand, some better than others. It’s the thoughts and actions after the discernment that matter and should be rooted in love and compassion. We can judge with hate or with love, but we always judge.

Beautifully expressed.

I only say this when I've done wrong...like eating the last tub of ice cream or other petty nonsense. I've seen this phrase so many times on social that its become practically meaningless.

Agreed 100%. I have also had a psychopath (still in the wild) in my life shouting loudly from the rooftops "never judge!" to me and whoever will hear (and have replied with very similar to what you have said here — always use your judgment, it's critical!). Even if it means people judge you, encourage that habit.

Good points. We all judge, pretty much 24/7 but we don't often see it that way. We have to, to stay alive and well.

I've been a lover of truth for a long time and it grieves me that it's become such a taffy like substance that oozes from one crevice to another, like The Blob, only without a young Steve McQueen. I think it best to judge freely and fairly, not doing so tends to validate bad behavior. And we've seen where that leads us. Cheers.
